MY STORY
I’m Luke Tyburski — a former professional footballer turned global adventurer. Through various injuries (seven surgeries later), I was forced to retire.
I’ve spoken to audiences in 16 countries across five continents as a keynote speaker, and a high-performance coach, sharing my powerful personal story, and frameworks to continually learn, grow, and perform at your highest level.
I’ve run through the Sahara desert, down Mt. Everest, and across a tropical forest in China without food or water. I’ve also competed in double Ironman triathlons, and created the world-first 2,000km in 12 days Ultimate Triathlon from Morocco to Monaco.
I lived remotely in Nepal for months without electricity or running water to learn about the Nepalese culture and run up and down mountains all day long.
But those are just the headlines…
THE REAL STORY
The real lessons come from what I’ve endured, learned, and rebuilt — not only physically, but mentally.
Behind every achievement were setbacks, including those seven surgeries, long-term depression, burnout, and standing on the edge of giving up on life.
From this lived experience, I’ve developed powerful, practical tools for you to enhance & evolve how you VIEW situations, THINK about scenarios, and ACT daily.
Grounded in Neuroscience & Psychology, shaped by high performance sport, and battle-tested through real adversity — we shouldn’t try to avoid adversity, just acknowledge when we choose it, or when it chooses us!
After more than two decades immersed in the world of high performance — both in sport and in business — I do my best to live by my Life Philosophy.
