500 MAN
Join me as I tackle this self-created 500 kilometre triathlon.
Be part of my 500 Man challenge by swimming, cycling, and running alongside me for as little or as much as you like.
For years I have done challenges all around the world, had them streamed live, award winning documentaries made about them, and shared my journey on social media, but I wanted to create an adventure where people could actually join me and share this experience alongside me!
The 500 Man is a communal event, so I want YOU to be part of this epic challenge, along with your own friends and family, bring them all!
I will be raising awareness & money for The 401 Foundation, a charity that supports causes close to my heart; mental health and self development.
